Q: How do I return an item?
Ans: You may return in the event of any defected or faulty items that are not caused by human behaviour or third party (eg. Logistic Company) within 7 days after receiving the items. Please contact ELHAJJ Customer Service for further procedure in returning the item.
Q: How do I get to refund an item?
Ans: We’re sorry that ELHAJJ PRODUCTS SDN BHD DOES NOT provide a refund service in any circumstances. We will either replace with new item in good condition or distribute an equal value voucher for your next redemption in ELHAJJ
Q: How long does it take for my orders to be delivered?

Q: Do you accept overseas delivery?
Ans: Currently we only deliver within Malaysia. Please contact ELHAJJ Customer Service for overseas delivery (Terms and Condition Apply)
Q: Can I change my shipping address?
Ans: Sorry, you may not. Once we received your payment and details, our logistic partner starts to collect the goods for delivery.
