But the journey could be ruined by illness. One must be in excellent health, not only to enjoy the Hajj and Umrah, but also to make maximum the opportunity to muslimin/muslimat make as much ibadah as possible.

The climatic condition in Saudi Arabia vastly differs from that of Malaysia. While in the Holy Land, the weather is extremely hot in the months of March to August, and extremely cold in the winter.

The weather is also very dry with humidity level at around 25%. Weather in Medina,being in the north and at a higher altitude, is generally more extreme than Mecca.

To minimize and prevents the health risk associated with harsh and dry weather conditions, all pilgrims are advised to take necessary precautions by using skin care products.
